Mindmart is a fictional thought-trading platform. All balances, profits, losses, rankings, and rewards on Mindmart are simulated and have no real-world monetary value.
Neurons (◈) are virtual points used only inside the Platform. They cannot be purchased, redeemed, transferred for cash, converted to cryptocurrency, or exchanged for any real asset.
You must be at least 17 years old to create or hold a Mindmart account, and you must provide accurate details at registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Mindmart is a marketplace for user-generated content. Thoughts, comments, usernames, bios, and images are created by other users and are not reviewed by us before they are published. You retain ownership of content you post, but by posting on Mindmart you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and moderate that content for operating the Platform.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. You must not post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, misleading, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, or that targets any person or group on the basis of race, religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
Every thought and every comment carries a ⋯ menu with a Report action. Reports reach our moderators immediately. We aim to review every report and remove violating content within 24 hours. Thoughts and comments that pass a report threshold are hidden from the Platform automatically while they await review.
When the problem is the person rather than one post, you can report the account itself from its profile or from the ⋯ menu beside anything it has posted. You choose a reason, may add details, and can block the account in the same step. Account reports are emailed to our moderators with the account's recent content attached so it can be reviewed and removed.
You can block any account from its profile or from the ⋯ menu on any of its thoughts, comments, notifications, or follower rows. A block takes effect instantly and works in both directions: their thoughts and comments disappear from your feed, search, leaderboards, notifications, and profile views, and they can no longer see, follow, notify, or reply to you. Existing notifications from that account are deleted and the follow relationship is severed both ways. Blocking also alerts our moderation team to review the account. You can review and undo your blocks at any time under Settings → Blocked accounts.
We remove content that breaks these rules and we eject users who post it, without notice and at our sole discretion. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent termination of the account and forfeiture of all in-game balances.

Mindmart is a game of ideas and taste. It is not a securities exchange, brokerage, investment platform, gambling product, or financial advisory service.
Any references to P&L, returns, or earnings are in-game metrics only and should not be interpreted as financial outcomes.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
We are not liable for losses arising from outages, data delays, feature changes, moderation actions, or account restrictions.
Your use of Mindmart is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data practices described there.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindmart and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms are effective when published. Continued use of Mindmart after updates constitutes acceptance.
